Intelius - IDProtect ID PROTECT NO FULL REFUND FOR ID PROTECT Internet

I have used Intelius for a couple years doing random, people, telephone and address searches. I have to give about a 50% accuracy rating. But the final straw can when I did my last people search and unknowingly signed up for the "ID Protect". I didn't realize it until I got my Oct credit card statement that had the $19.95 charged posted 8/30. I immediately called and they reluctantly gave me a refund. I then get my Nov statement and there is another 19.95 charge. I call again, oh the refund I got 10/1 was for the 09/30 charge that I knew nothing about when I called on 10/1. Of course they would not give me the second refund. I told them that they were nothing but scammers and made it easy for people to do this by mistake and I also emailed them that I would never recommend them again and would voice my experiences and any rip off or scam report website that I could find. Gee it looks like alot of others have beat me to it. LOL  I did find a website devoted to unhappy intelius customers as well, (((ROR REDACTED)))
