Intelius refusal of refund Bellevue Washington

You need to know that most of the information that Intelius sells to you is public record. In other words if you will go to the courthouse they will provide it to you for no charge. Not to mention if you do look hard enough you will find the information that you are seeking. So if you are lazy, then by all means use Intelius. Another note, 90% of the information that Intelius provides is old and outdated. They also have a ZERO REFUND POLICY. BEWARE!!! What legitimate company has a no refund policy? None, if I have ever done business with a service providing company and if that service wasn't satisfying then a legitimate company would gladly refund your money, so to keep you as a customer because they value you.

Thats not the case with Intelius. I was on a laptop about to purchase their service, but I wanted to read their terms and conditions. My fingertips were moist, any one who has ever used or uses a laptop knows that the cursor will jump around or slide over to the other side. Well needless to say I had my cursor over the terms and conditions link and didn't realize that the cursor had slid over and when i clicked my left mouse button to select, well it had submitted the order. I immediately emailed the company and I got no word from them. I waited 48 hours and still nothing. I called them and they refused to issue a refund, I then called again and spoke to a supervisor, well the supervisor was rude and unprofessional and hung up on me abruptly. I called three more times, the same result as the last call each and every time. So BEWARE CONSUMER.
