I signed up for the 1 week trial of "google pro" to learn how to make some extra money since times are so tough. Well, I never received any info and started receiveing annoying calls from an 801 area code from my "google counselor" saying my package was on it's way and he was here to help me get my business started. Don't know how I can get started w/o the info that was "in the mail". At this point, it's seven days, nothing takes seven days to mail anymore. I called customer service to cancel the "seven day" trial on the seventh day. I had been billed that day, and the representative told me I had to count thre first day I signed up as 1 full day. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me I could not be transfered; Managers do not take calls and there was no one who could help me. I could dispute the charge but it wouldn't matter because I agreed to their hidden terms.

What a ripoff and a waste. Predators like this should be stopped.
