I've stayed at Intown Suites the past several months and have nothing but complaints. I had an unfortunately year and nearly lost everything because of a car wreck. I came to Intown Suites to get back on my feet while I go to school, plus working two jobs to repair my credit. They seemed nice and the lady told me how quiet and safe it was. NOT. First off, not only is it always loud but their stuff like their air conditioners are constant problems. They've had to replace my air conditioner 4 times because it kept going out and leaked all over the carpet. The noise can be absolutely horrible...but don't worry, you're just 'hearing things' because they claim 'they can't hear it'. Is that why I can hear the noise going through my walls almost every night of the week, over my tv, over my air conditioner that I try to keep at full blast so I don't hear as much?

They also have this telephone system that they claim has a 'ghost in the machine' that has woken me up at 2 a.m., 4 a.m., 6 a.m, etc. This has happened so often that I've literally unplugged my phone and only plug it in when I have to call the courtesy officer. But don't worry, he won't answer because he's too busy fighting with his girlfriend every night which you can clearly also hear through the door or he's busy on another floor doing something else that doesn't even remotely have to do with his job because Intown Suites is too cheap to hire night time people to do extra cleaning. And of course 'he doesn't hear anything' because his own tv is also very loud. When I walk through most of the hotel, it's pretty quiet aside from just a few rooms on each floor that are just horrible and other people have had to move also instead of management removing the problem, these good people are forced to do the moving just as I have. I figure by the time I'm actually ready to move out of here, I'll have lived in all the rooms.

At first this place seemed ok. It wasn't what I was used to, I was used to having my own place, my own space and hearing my own television but everyone falls. I dealt with the fact that their beds were horrible, half their clientele ghetto and loud but sometimes it ended right away. But now that I've been here a while and have literally changed rooms about 500 times, I realize my complaints and moves will do no good because 'they aren't being loud'. So now, all I can do is work my 2 jobs and study somewhere else because you're not going to get treated well unless you don't ever complain or your def.
