Inventhelp - Intromark Misrepresentation and Theft Cherry Hill, New Jersey

On October 8, 2008 I visited the Cherry Hill, New Jersey branch of InventHelp to inquire invention procedures. I spoke with one of their, Paul Foster, who misrepresented me on the proper patent procedures by stating, "I'm not supposed to say this but most inventors wait 'til after they have acquired a manufacturer before getting a patent because patents are extremely, it's possible that the invention might not sale, and inventors use the finances acquired from the manufacturer to obtain their patent."  Mr. Foster continued to inform me that he's been working for Inventhelp for ten years, thus solidifying his under-the-table advice.  

Approximately one year after signing all contracts, getting the pacifying substandard basic information package (mistakes included), and completely satisfying my financial obligation, my invention coincidentally was introduced on the market...I never received a memo...or any financial consideration either.  Question to the reader:  How is it that my invention is being sold on the market while inventhelp maintains their pattern of sending a memorandum stating how they are happy to inform me of their continued efforts in trying to market my invention?
