This publicly traded Company is out to get their Merchants! Not only that they have poor customer service ( rude, not helpful and will hang up the phone on you ) but their Risk Management Department will avoid to answer all your questions REGARDING their Merchants Money as to when they will release it and why they are not releasing it. They will tell you all kinds of story making you feel like its the Merchants fault so they can not be blamed and they will shift it to the Merchant. They have terminated our merchant account - fine - but keeping our HARD EARNED MONEY just so perhaps they can trade it and make themselves big while we struggle to get our funds --- I DONT THINK THE SEC will approve of this.  We will report them to the SEC AND hopefully they will experience how it is when SOMEONE just withholds your money from you after a long wait after the termination and they cant give you an answer as to why??
