I.R.R. takes your money right away, but can't get in contact with people for hour's, then hotels change. Fern Park Florida

They charged my credit card in April,tried to book trip then for Feb 2009 and was told we couldn,t and had to wait until August.

In August called them and was told the Hotel we wanted was no longer available or on website but it still is.Asked to speak to a manager they said she was on vacation and didn't know when she was coming back. Kept trying to call and you never can get thru, it takes about 1 hour,or they pickup the phone and hang it up right away, without talking.

Asked for my money back they said no-refunded. Each time I try to call ,it's a cost to my cell phone. Very disappointed and want my money back. The trip cost was $2,339.00. How do I go about getting this back?
