Ivory White Ivory white is a scam in every aspect of the word. They charged me, then said my returned product was damaged, but couldn't produce it to prove it to me. Boulder Colorado

I fell for the scam of a free sample. they shipped an additional product and said I would be charged $78.41 monthly ongoing. I called immediately, and was told I could cancel the membership and if I returned the product prior to February 7th, I would not be charged. The following day I shipped the product USPS with insurance. They don't provide refunds for "damaged or open" boxes. On February 2nd, they charged my credit card. (remember that I had until the 7th to return it without being charged. I called and was told that a system error occurred, and they shouldn't have charged me. Then, when I inquired about my refund, was told "it came back damaged". They couldn't tell me what was damaged, and they disposed of the package. the insurance I purchased from the USPS was a waste of money, as they won't take my claim without the damaged package. I finally got a return call from Supervisor "Jerry", who couldn't be any worse when it comes to service. He ignored most of my questions and statements, and wouldn't take any responsibility because "the warehouse noted the account that it was damaged", so there was nothign he could do. It was as if the warehouse is not a part of the organization. I asked why someone didn't call me to tell me of the damage. He said the warehouse doesn't make calls, and the customer service people "don't know" until someone calls. I asked for a manager, and was told it's "Brian". He couldn't tell me if Brian would call me or not. He wouldn't tell me Brian's last name. The whole organization is a scam. Whatever you do, tell everyone you know not to fall for this scam. I want others to learn from my mistake.

I knew I couldn't trust that organization, which is why I bought the insurance. it just makes me sick to know how some companies take no sense of ownership at all. Very POOR, to put it mildly.
