Talk about a 'gotcha' scam!

When I called their customer service number to tell them that I had cancelled the program back in May, but was still receiving and being charged for shipments, all I got from the rep was a series of 'I'm sorry, but there is nothing I can do for you', but what she was really saying was 'Gotcha!'

When I asked for a manager, I was told that the manager doesn't take calls (can you believe that?!). I asked for a superviser, and was told that I could speak to Terry x 211, but she would tell me the same thing... which of course she did.

I have NEVER been treated in such a manner by any other company before. I wish I had read all of these reports before I agreed to my $2.92 trial offer.

I've contacted my credit card comapny to refute the charge of $78.41, and I have sent the entire product back to their Return Department. I have the mailing tracked through UPS so they can't claim they never received it, but from the other complaints I've read on this site, they can still say that the package arrived damaged.

Don't fall for this scam!!
