J & J Adjusters They did not return all my property to me when I picked up my truck from the lot. Waco Texas

My husband and I had gotten behind on our truck and the wonderful boys from J & J Adjusters came by early in the morning to pick up the truck. They collected the keys from my husband and opened the truck for us with the remote so that we could get our personal things, and then drove off in the truck.

After a week of hell we were able to go pick up the truck. As we entered the office i remembered the kid that had driven off in our truck and he commented on how my memory was good. As they brought the truck up and handed over the keys it was missing the keyless remote to the truck. We told the boys that we are missing the remote and asked for it back. He told us that they have never recived it. When I aksed him if he was calling us a liar his response was "If the shoe fits." It was pointless to stand there and argue over the remote so we left. The truck had a quarter tank of gas when they took it and it was on empty. It also looked like someone had been driving it because the mileage was off from the last time I drove it and the interior was dirty.

We have tried to contact someone in the main office and we have not gotten a response as of today. All we want is for them to replace the lost remote because it costs about a $100 to have it replaced.
