J & J ADJUSTERS J & J ADJUSTER: Towed my vehicle, will not return my personal items, and have yet to contact me back to take FULL responsibility for their actions. Waco, Texas

J and J Adjusters repossessed my car November 17, 2009.  I have contacted them to arrange a time to pick up my items, but the receptionist mentioned that there was no record of my personal items.  She said they would give us a call back once their main guy comes back with the key.  They have never returned our phones calls and they have been extremely rude to us since the very beginning.  The bank has made it very clear that J & J towed my car and kept my car there until it was to be auctioned off.  The bank even mentioned that when an agent went to clean out my car, there was nothing there.  My car has been in J & J lot for less than 30 days, therefore, it is not considered abandonment.  I have a list here of all the items that were in my car the night before it was taken.  What person doesnt leave a single item in their car?  Jay Justice, funny name, I need my items back.  It does not make it right for one of your employees to steal items out of someones vehicle that is not yours.  I need my items back, and if not, there will be consequences and I will make sure that at the end of the day, you will be the one with a bad headache.
