We have had nothing but problems since we first bought our wedding rings from these people 2 years ago. It started out after having purchased an engagement ring and being told they had numerous bands to go with it, I was married without a wedding band.

It took us over a month and every band in their store, to find a ring that had to be altered to come close to matching the engagement ring. After having to have the bad altered the two rings were saudered together to prevent the wedding band from going under the engagement ring.

When the put the rings together, the put them together backwards. This is possible because my center stone is heart shaped therefore it was obvious and extremely noticible. Repeatedly we have had to have loose stones tightened and other minor issues done and they never have anything ready when it is promised to you. We have always had to wait a minimum of an hour longer than written on the work order.

In addition since the day the engagement ring was purchased I have had it looked at repeatedly because it appeared there was a crack in the center heart stone. 19 months later after having diamond checks every 5 months we dealt with a new associate at the store who told me my stone was cracked and would have to be shipped to home office to be replaced.

No one could explain why the entire ring had to be shipped when the stone was bought as a loose stone and put in a setting purchased seperately. But never the less they shipped of the ring, without being able to give me a time table on when they would have it back.

Turns out today the ring came back to the store, but low and behold, the new stone they put in is a damaged stone and now the entire ring must be shipped off again.

The manager of this particular location is the most horrible person I think I have ever met in my life. The sales associates try to make up for that, but they can only do so much.

Again, I am forced to wait to have my ring back, with no idea of how long this process with take for the second time. After spending just of $10,000 on mine and my husbands bands, you would think they would be overly accomodating and be superior in their customer service after the sale.

However, this is not the case. They want the sale, but once you have signed the deal, you are on your own. They are no better than the jewelry department at Walmart. It is a shame that you can't get what you pay for.

I will pursue this with the Better Business Bureau and anyone else that will listen. I truly hope you think before you purchase. Is the thrilled look on her face when she gets the ring, worth the nightmare she will be forced to endure over and over when she has to take it in for a repair?
