J.B.Hunt Unfair Dat reporting Chicago Illinois

I signed up and went through all their oriantation process, drove with their opointed driver "red headed Joe" for 5 days as required. I was dipatched to their terminal to be sent in my own company truck, out of Missouri The truck was out dated with insurance, registration, all permits including the dot inspection since 2006, I could not drive their truck legally so I was told I had to get all this updated for them.

I did not know how to take care of all this and was informed that it was my job to take care of it .I asked them for help they refused any help. I asked about room and board to stay to try to take care of these things and thery refused any help there either. I asked if they could get me back home, they told me they called for a shuttle to take me to bus station to take me home .the shuttle came and the driver told me he did not go to the bus terminal and left me after picking up 3 other drivers who walked that day .

I reported this to them and they told me they called the driver back I was taken to the bus terminal and they did get me a bus ticket home then I spent 13 hours in Indy on the floor durring the bus rout transfer. The company driver that took me "red headed Joe" to the truck that day was stealing the radio anything that was not nailed down lights fuses ext. and matreses out of their truck they had assigned to me durring all this. I reported this to corprate because I was afraid I would be charged for these items.

I recently have been trying to get a job only to find out that J.B.Hunt Debra Fleet instructor had reported to The DAT report I was fired now I have to dispute this with USIS which takes 15 days. I have called corprate they told me to contact Henry and or Debra I have tried to contact them but they keep hanging up on me not giving me a chance to speak to them about this problem. Since that DAT report from J.B.Hunt has made it impossible for me to get hired, they have ruined my driving career of 8 years.

I also tried working for a company out of Kendleville Indiana they put me in a truck only to find out they were running with no insurance and ilegaly over loading the loads they gave me a pair of vice grips to keep the air bags from poping. I ran over the legal hours for them for 3 days when I quit. That company is CMW out of Kindleville Indiana. Also I tried Link America Dannie Gilder Inc. This was another night mare.

They call you honey and sweat heart promise you new trucks promise you designated routs once you are in they all turn evil send you places that was totaly out of the rout you were promised. If you don't mind hauling empty drink boxes and only making enough money for them to pay for their truck this would be a good company for you I recieved a paycheck for $0.00 for 3 weeks of hell. No explanation needed Drivers be aware of these companies they are out to _ _ _ _ _ you with out vasoline. Don't bend over anywhere close to them. Whatch your _ _ _ You fill in the blanks.
