JD Byrider / CNAC Not only a shotty company, but money hungry. Sick of the lies. sick of the merry-go-round answers. Milwaukee Wisconsin

Four months ago, i purchased a car from JD Byrider, through CNAC. This was my last resort option. I am 19yrs old, and had no co-signer, or any established credit.

I made my payments to both CNAC($130 bi-weekly) and my insurance($230) company on time, if not early.

Unfortunately...i was involved in an auto accident where I was at a stoplight, and a man plowed into me going in the upwards of 40 mph's. needles to say my car was totalled. as well as having to go to the chiropractor every other day to re-alighn my spine.

given that ive only had this car for 3 months before the accident, i just barely began to make a dent in the loan, and if i were to pay off the loan today it would be $7895.48...guess what, the car is only worth $5,977, leaving me to pay a balance of 2 grand plus.

the car is still driveable, yet CNAC will not allow me to keep the car. the also want me to pay $500 to drop the loan, as well as $500 to begin a new loan for another car.

like most of the posts about jd byrider this car had nothing but problems from the start, and luckily i made good with the head tech. at jd, and everything was fixed within the first 2 months. (the day i brought it home the wheel began tilting at about a 45 degree angle on the freeway, could hav killed myself as well as my feonce) and the car was in "prestine condition"
i do not want to go through the trouble of getting another loan...nor another car from this company who as given me nothing but the run-around since last month...and all the info i hav now came through my lawyer.

JD Byrider and its sales people make you think they care...they make you think that youre going to be taken care of. that you getting a car through them is the best you could ever do.

honestly...YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF BUYING A 2,000 CAR OFF OF CRAIGSLIST.
