I was considering buying a car from JD Byrider but after reading the complaints (which is expected because no one is perfect) it didn't surprise me......what did surprise me were the REBUTTAL comments made by JD Byrider corporate which are rude and unprofessional. You can't tell us all that the degrading comments on there are not from JD Byrider as they go into detail to defend the company over and over again.

It looks like a lot of consumers assume that the rebuttal comments are from Byrider associates, but if you look around this site, you'll see that it's just a sad little faction of dedicated trolls. Why on earth they'd want to troll this site escapes me, the consumer making the report is already upset at being ripped off, so what are they accomplishing? Rather lazy, if you ask me.

JD Byrider has over 360 complaints on this site alone, plenty more on other consumer reporting websites- anyone trying to defend this company while claiming "I don't even work for them!" looks like a ridiculous fool. There are ways to rip people off while skirting the law, over 360 people have pointed this out right here. Arguing otherwise is complete idiocy.

Ripoffreport really needs to overhaul their rebuttal/comment sections to eliminate "regular" posters.  If all you can do is come here and poke sticks at people who are already upset, then what value are you really adding to the site?
