Jeffrey Kral aka SkinZinc Skin Sales Scam Portland Maine

I ordered the product skinzinc from a company called Selfworks in Southern Maine. The product seemed like a total scam to me. The phone sales people all say the same things and promised it would help me clear up my skin. Nothing was helping me and I trusted these people. I ordered the product and paid over seventy dollars and paid extra to have the product shipped to me. It took them eight days to get me my product that I needed right away. They told me I would have the product in 5-7 days so already I was not happy. I started using the product right away as they told me to do and I only saw a minor improvement. It was not clearing up my skin as promised. I called up their customer service line as they promised a full unconditional 30 day money back program. The customer service rep on the phone told me that since I was seeing some improvement I should keep using the product and see if it helps further as it might take longer to work fully for some people. I agreed because I still had two weeks left on my 30 day risk free period. I kept using the product but then had to stop because I had to leave town for a weak and forgot the product to take with me. I started to use it when I got back and after a couple weeks I decided I was not happy. I called the customer service line again and told them I wanted my money back and they said I could not get my money back because it had been 6 weeks that I had the product and the money back was only good for 30 days. I asked for a manager and these scam people would not give me my money. They tricked me into buying the product and when I called to return the product they tricked me to keep trying until I was passed the 30 days and then refused to give me back my money. These people will trick you too. Be careful and stay away from skinzinc and Jeffrey Kral the owner who makes money off people like you and me!
