I used Jennifer Morias Photography a year ago and had a wonderful experience. So I hired her again this year to take our family photo.



Terrible mistake! She came late,, was distracted and didn't remotely connect with my children. After a big delay in getting the online proofs, I saw the pictures and they were terrible! She didn't wait for a good pose or smile, just took the pictures. 

When I e-mailed her to tell her I was unhappy with the pictures, she told me it was my problem, not hers and that she wasn't responsible for my kids "goofball faces".

After an extremely nasty and unprofessional e-mail exchange, we finally came to an agreement, in which she refunded half my money. I thought things were ending amicably, however, she took all of my families photos off her website and refuses to allow me to purchase the few pictures that I actually liked.



Her e-mail harassment has continued and she has called me names, insulted me and my children and threatened me at this point. To make things worse, she also posted on her web page that I was a "nutjob who wasn't capable of taking care of my 5 children". First of all, I only have 4 children and I think I take wonderful care of them. SEcond of all, how dare she post something like that on a public domain?! 



Who would want to do business with someone who would act in this manner.



As a final insult, She is not giving me the Christmas cards that I purchased. Our agreement was that she would refund me $200 or the $400 that I had paid her, which she did, and send me the 50 Christmas cards that came with my package.

SO I was basically paying $200 for 50 cards, and about 35 minutes of her time, which is all she spent of our alloted hour taking photos. While I was not entirely happy with this, it was better than nothing Not even getting my cards, so I've spent $200 for absolutely nothing. 



Her e-mail harassment has been disgusting, insulting and immature.



I highly recomend think twice before hiring her for any photos.

Quite soon after the date of this. The client and myself had resolved the issue. She wanted to remove this but can not. But all is well and done and we still keep in contact 'til today.

I, Jennifer Morais, the sole owner of Jennifer Morais Photography am stating that this woman is not telling the full truth. I have receipts from paypal showing that i refunded her for ALL products purchased in the package INCLUDING cards which she received as well. Which i ALSO have proof from the USPS.

Yes there was arguing but this was after numerous emails of her insulting me, my integrity and my art. The photographs are gorgeous as id be willing to show to ANYONE who asks. I have plenty of people who will give you their greatest experiences with me.

This is the first and (hopefully) only time this has happened and she has gone on to slander my business all over facebook and had numerous people sending me nasty emails as well. I as a mother of 4 myself would NEVER insult ones children or mothering capabilities.

I would be more than glad to clear this up with anyone who asks. A restraining order is also in the process because as I have gone on to ignore ALL emails and communications, she has not stopped the harassing emails and false/negative reviews.

I have refunded her and fulfilled card order even though she didnt pay for the cards. I think i have done more than my part.
