I have been reading the ripoffs - and beware - all that is stated about Jewelry Vault is true-- I to have been waiting for a refund from this company.

James (who claims to be handling refunds) stated my refund was sent out in March shortly after they recieved my return- NOT TRUE

Chad (who claims to be handling refunds) stated that the refund was already posted to my account and should be on my statement and he would contact my credit card company to see what was goin on.

I have been waiting since March of this year for a refund on a ring that I ordered - first I got the wrong ring - sent it back and got the correct ring but a diamond was missing.

Please if you read this -- BEWARE - a ripoff for sure.
No return calls - from either Chad or James-- good luck on getting them on the phone - and they are never there......
Guess I will also have to report them.....20 reports on the company and I am sure many more to come...
P.S. their web site is gone--- anyone know why??
