I was shocked to read that so many people have had to deal with exactly what I went through.

I feel silly for not first searching his name on google first.  (my bad).

According to Joe Hale, 'everybody is flakes' and 'watch what I am going to do'.

Little did I know he was going to call the credit card company as soon as the files were transferred and then report it as fraud.

When I tried to call him to ask him what happened he just kept hanging up on me.

AVOID this guy like the plague.

He's a scammer!  He will ask you to do work and when you are done he will not pay!

After numerous attempts working with the credit card company to get the money back, he would call and get it reversed again.

Joe Hale is a criminal and brags about how many designers and developers he has scammed.

During a conversation with him on the phone he was laughing and telling me how stupid all designers and developers are.

"I don't need no search engine automization.  Don't you know the customer is always right.  I just have to call the credit card company and reverse it.  No questions asked.'

Don't fall victim to this criminal unless you like working for free and having the customer laugh at you afterwards.
