ON THE PURCHASE OF A SONY TV THEY PUSHED A 5 YR IN HOME EXTENDED WARRANTY ON ME FOR $299. NO INFO WAS INCLUDED AS TO WHO WOULD DO THESE SERVICES IF AND WHEN IT WAS NEEDED.

AFTER SEVERAL CALLS AND EMAILS WITH THEM TELLING ME THEY WOULD PROVIDE THE INFO, OR SOMEONE WOULD GET BACK TO ME i GET AN EMAIL THIS MORNING TELLING ME THEY NO LONGER PROVIDE THIS SERVICE. I ASKED FOR A REFUND OF THE $299.

THEIR REPLY WAS"CALL YOUR BANK". THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF NEW JERSEY SHOULD PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS.
