John Beck and his people should be stopped. They are the reason that I'm now in debt for more the $15000.

It all begin when I received the intial package they advertised in the informacial. I paid $50 plus dollars and when I received the package, it seems like some information was missing. It was very vague and simple not enough info to make an educated decision.

I called the 800# for more information. When I called a young man by the name of Josh picked up and started to tell how they are looking for serious individuals to educate about the program so they could be on the next informacial. He asked me how serious I was about making the business work. I said I'm very motivated and really want to succeed.

He sound like he was very happy about my answer. He proceeded to ask me what kind of investor I'm; if I was medium or willing to give all I got to succeed? He started to ask me about my credit cards limit.

He transferred me to his sales Director name Tyler Truman. Tyler told me if I invest $14695.00 in the program, it was for sure I was going to earn the investment back plus an extra $20,000 in less than 90 days.

He told me that he currently has a property in my area that I could sell to the investment of 14695 plus the extra 20k, but I would not be able to do that until I have completed all ten coaching sessions. Also, he told me he will help me get a new corporation and business line of credit with zero percent interest rates so that I can transfer the $14000 to avoid paying interest and would also take the liability off my credit report. It was all LIES.

That all happen in February. We are now in September and I still have none of those things the Tyler Truman promised me. I'm expecting my first baby next month and I have no way to save for his arrival. All my money is going to credit card payments because of Tyler Truman from Mentoring of America.

I'm glad to have found this website to expose John Beck and his crew. With information found from this website, I was able to file a complaint with Utah Consumer Protection two days ago. I'm hoping that Investigator Al will help me get full refund too.

If anyone have any advise on what else I can do to make sure I get that refund back, please let me know.

Michael. simply read as many of the complaints as you can

AUTHOR: Anonymus - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, February 19, 2007

Just type Mentoring of America in the search box of this site and simply read as many of the complaints as you can. I have pretty much said everything that I possibly could on how to fight for a refund. If I was you Michael, do like I did and begin to tape record these worthless coaching calls so that if you need to, later on you can prove just how worthless the knowledge they read to you from scripts really is. See several of my other posts in other complaints on this site where I detal call by call what these worthless coaches wanted me to do as assigments. It's downright rediculous. I don't even need to tell you how worthless their coaching information is if you have alredy done a few of the calls.

A legitimate company will not charge each customer completely different prices that vary by many thousands for the EXACT SAME product and service based on their credit limits or available funds like Mentoring of America does to everyone. And not just for John Beck but for John Alexander and Jeff Paul's programs also.

If this is such a legitimate company, why them is there no mention what so ever on any of the John Beck late night infomercials about additional expensive coaching from Mentoring of America that you people will later receive my contact info as sales leads and cold call me to sell me this garbage with fake money back guarantees that you never mentioned?

Why does Mentoring of America tell us that their coaches are experienced, knowledgeable, professionals in real estate when in fact they hired them trough General Help Wanted ads in the local Utah newspaper called the Daily Herald and pay them $7.00 an hour to read me a script and know nothing about real estate or have never done themselves what they are teaching us to do.

Why has Mentoring of America been slapped with continuous lawsuits filed against them in Utah and been aired on live news? I provide links to this video in many of my other posts.

Why has the Utah Division of Consumer Protection repeatedly taken legal action and issued fines to Mentoring of America for continuing to break consumer protection laws?

Because Mentoring of America is a fraudulent company with over 300 consumer complaints with the BBB and a bunch of lawsuits filed.

Mentoring of America is fortunate that I don't line in or near Utah, because if I did, I would do everything in my power to have a local investigative news report team go undercover, develop a story on Mentoring of America, confront the Mentoring of America brass in person at their offices, and air the story on live TV. They do this a lot here in CA and this puts them out of business.

Another former Mentoring of America employee speaks out.

AUTHOR: Anonymus - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, December 14, 2006

This is what yet another former Mentoring of America employee said and exposes their inner workings:

You are all very mad at John Beck and Jeff Paul and are blaming them for all this, but the truth is that they are nothing but puppets. This whole industry is completely different than what it appears to be to the general public. And nobody would know this unless you have worked there before.

The true owners of this "business" live in California, and have nothing to do with Utah really. However the main dialing center, or floor, is in American Fork. Its just a huge office building very eerily similiar to the floor in "Boiler Room." Rent it if you haven't seen it. What they do is create an infomercial and find or hire a guy like John Beck, who truly have made money with their system, (but through many years of trial and error) and put in on the tv. The initial packages are nothing more than lead providers. No money is made off those packages in this industry. So like I said, the public believes that John Beck owns this and is selling his package. UNTRUE. ALL money in this business is made through back end sales, also known as upsells.

After ordering the package, a persons name gets added to a list of many, many names that are called by "start up specialists," really just lower chain employees, people not trusted with closing the deal. So these employees of Mentoring of America, (not JOhn Beck or Jeff Paul or Jim Rosen, whatever) find out if someone is even worth talking too. And many of those people who have no credit or savings or anything are crossed off the list, but still go to reprints, which is why many people get called twice even after saying no. But if you do have credit, then begins the whole setup with the talk of coaches and all that.

Then the first person gets off the phone, and gives the news to the closer. Which could honestly be just some dude sitting next to him. I hope you all didn't imagine you were talking to some guy in a suit and tie in his office, he's just another guy on the floor probably in shorts. They then call you and tell you that they are the supervisor in charge of selecting individuals for the coaching program yadda yadda yadda. Then the pitch begins.

Long story short, this business does not belong to anyone you know, it belongs to two men in California named Gary and Doug (from what I remember) that are rich upon rich upon wealthy. They also own phone sex companies, internet sex sites, and other companies that contribute to their riches. Sorry you had to be involved with these people.

One word of advice, if you read this within one week of "investing" with them, call them back and cancel. Don't listen to what they say. Cancel Cancel Cancel. You can do it, I saw it happen many times. These employees get paid weekly so they do all they can to keep the sale on the board through saturday when the week ends. Just call back and tell them you are not going to do it.

Hello - Lubbock, Texas
U.S.A.

AND AGAIN:

Yes I am an ex-employee. I actually worked there for quite a while, longer than a year. Of course the true victims of this "business" are those who invest their hard earned money. And it is YOUR money even though they say on the phone that you are using "other peoples money." You still have to pay the credit card bills, right? Now it is VERY true that hardly any business is ever started in this country without going into debt for it, the difference with Mentoring of America is that you are led to believe you will have someone there "holding your hand" through the entire process. I bet the guy on the phone even used that exact phrase of holding your hand. I'm veering from the point, sorry. In my personal opinion going into debt to start a business is a necessity unless you are already rich. So these people who invest into this aren't stupid, they don't have the wrong idea, they are simply paying for someone to be there that they believe can help them. The problem is, that person won't be there.

Also, I would guess that 75% of the people that work for Mentoring of America have no idea that they are ripping people off. It is not widely known throughout that coaches will not call people back, etc. The only time we would find out is if somebody who kept our number called us back after coaching sessions. But that was never enough to make you think it was a scam because maybe 1 out of 30 people would keep our numbers, or be able to get in contact with us. Thats why they give you a different number to call, so you can give your problems to customer service, not the guys selling the package. And if only 1 of 30 people called you back, at times we would just think they weren't trynig hard enough, or not fulfilling with what the coach asked. It's unfortunate to have been a part of that.

Also the closers on the floor probably know that it isn't all its cracked up to be, but to be honest, the set up men that I described before, are only told of success stories or people that went out and did a great job with the program. The majority probably really think they are helping people. I thought I was for a long time! But the closers, or in most cases, team leaders that get a commission check on not only their sales, but of the entire team!, help to keep morale high.

Well just a bit more information for you on what goes on there at the floor. If you have a few questions, I'll try to help you out.

Kingcia,

I want to congratulate you on your FULL $14,695.00 Mentoring of America refund. You have now pushed my Mentoring of America refund tally up to OVER $38,379.00 since only last August of this year.

I will kindly ask that you might consider giving a small donation as a token of appretiaton of your choosing to Ripoff Report if you feel this site made the difference in you getting your refund. This will help the site serve future victims. I know this site sure made all the difference in the world for me getting my money back. As for me, you owe me nothing. Thanks for coming back to give us an update on your situation. This makes you living proof that Mentoring of America can be subdued by following my steps no matter what they say.

Anyway, I called Tyler Truman's house who is the guy who scammed you, as soon as you posted this complaint here. I personally had a candid conversation with Mr. Truman and his wife about what he did to you Kingcia. He and his wife Cicely acknowledged to me that Tyler there was the same Tyler Truman who worked and still works at Mentoring of America in nearby Washington, Utah. They live in Saint Geroge on the address and number I posted above. The same guy who scammed you for $14,695.00 with lies and false statements, and who based the price close to what your credit limit was. His wife seemed to have no idea about his fraudulent practices at work, so I let her know and she sounded very nurveous. I wish I would be able to track down the sleazebag Mentoring of America guy who scammed me the same way with lies, but he's nowhere to be found. He no longer works there and I can't seem to track him down.

This is the new updated refund tally for refunds that Mentoring of America has issued to readers of Ripoff Report that have taken and implemented my advice since August of this year.

Lloyd from Minnesota got a $9,700 refund

Jeff from Mass. got a full $6,499.00 refund

Alexis from Florida got a full $7,485 refund

Kingcia from Florida got a full $14,695.00 refund.

I myself got back a full $7,000 plus refund.

I also have another person who I have been personally guiding over the phone just receive a refund agreement from Mentoring of America for close to the $4,000 or so that he paid. I'll be adding this one as soon as it goes through.

That's OVER $38,379 in refund issued by Mentoring of America in only the last 4 ? months of this from my personal advice on this site. This is my revenge to Mentoring of America for what their lowly lying salesman cheated me out of with a fake money back guarantee and to the rest of their unscrupulous drug addict employees who operate their boiler room offices. How do you like that Mentoring of America LLC? Someone who lives in Utah needs to turn over these complaints to their local news agency and have an investigative reporter do and story on Mentoring of America and it's employees. I've seen several done for other companies and has promted them to be put out of business by the authorities.

Kingcia,

Take care, and congratulations on your newborn named Jonathan. The people of Mentoring of America can care less about your circumstances or who you are. Old or young. They don't care if you're about to die in the nest hour and your life depended on the money they want from you. They don't give a d**n. At the end of their work day, they just go home and don't care about the people they deal with on the phone or what they caused. They tell you lies and what you want to hear only to get your information and your money. You are nothing to them. They pray on your desires and needs.

Here's what a former Mentoring of America employee named Michelle said on another site just recently on October this year.

STATEMENT FROM A FORMER MENTORING OF AMERICA EMPLOYEE:

"Actually this was my third, and last week, working with "Mentoring of America", llc. There is no John Beck Real Estate Office. What everyone says is true. Working there, I call people and try to qualify them. Anyone that is willing to tell you their financial situation is qualified if you have credit. I am a real estate agent. I went there hoping it was legit. It's not. The place is just very sleazy. Most of the workers there are drug addicts. They are just the scumiest lowlifes you can think of. I believe in ethics and customer service and this dump is just the opposite. The "star" salesman is Bobby []. He's an ex-con that got out of jail about six months ago for nonpayment of child support. He comes to work high. He's completely unethical and will say literally anything to get a sale. He lies through his teeth. The Chaz guy someone referred to is Charles [], a 21 year old boy. He has never had any schooling, but is quite a charmer. He also lies pathologically and tells customers he has Beck houses and employees, when he actually still lives with his mom but drives a Benz thanks to all of you. Then there's Debbie, a 53 year old meth addict with the maturity of a kindergartener before naptime. I hate her. She rifles though other's desks and listens to other's phone messages to steal their "deals". They never refer to people as people. The refer to them as "eight pounders" for those that spend 8000, and so on. 12 G's is a "12 pounder". When they are talking to customers, they actually make fun of how stupid they are and laugh like idiots. Bobby is shameless. They lie so much it's nauseating. These losers are taking your hard earned money. Please do not buy. I intend to turn them into the real estate division for calling themselves a real estate office and the commission. I hope they get raided and shut down. They are located in an almost abondoned building in Las Vegas. They don't use computers and have no paper trail at all. The people in my office aren't even rude, compared to the main office in Utah. You should hear what people on my call list say about the Utah offices. There's three of those. The Florida address is a post box. Please don't buy from these scumbags.

Be well.

TYLER TRUMAN the rip off artist still works at Mentoring of America. His friend and employee Bryan Butas was jailed for insurance fraud last year.

AUTHOR: Anonymus - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, September 24, 2006

TYLER TRUMAN, a lowly unscrupulous Mentoring of America employee who has been personally responsible for at least two people on this website being cheated for thosands of dollar each by being given fake and false promises and staments from TYLER TRUMAN. He has failed to inform people of the 3 day right to cancel, has failed to make mention of any no refund policies to customers before the sale, refused to issue refunds, and has make false and deceptive statements to get people to enroll in coaching programs done by Mentoring of America for both Jeff Paul and John Beck. He is accused of determening the price of the program based on how much credit line is on people's credit cards. There is not set price. The sell it for what they can on a individual basis. That's fraud in itself.
TYLER TRUMAN resides in St.George, Utah. He drives to work about 10 minutes to Mentoring of America in nearby Washington, Utah.
He works for Mentoring of America at their Washington, Utah office:

Mentoring of America LLC
204 East Playa Delia Rosita #6
Washington Utah 84780
U.S.A.
Phone: 435-627-1825
Fax: 435-627-1800

Utah investigator Ao Pauga at the Utah Division of Consumer Protection will be notified of TYLER TRUMAN'S business practices with Mentoring of America as well as provided with the detailed reports against him on this website, and his home contact info for investigation consideration.

ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff207705.htm

TYLER TURMAN'S friend and employee of Mentoring of America BRYAN BUTAS was jailed for insurance fraud last year, after he faked his own death and was found hiding overseas. See the news report on his arrest in the links of the previous posts.

Anyone who has been mislead and scammed by TYLER TRUMAN or anyone else at Mentoring of America LLC out of Utah needs to submit a complaint with the Utah Divison of Consumer Protection. Utah investigator Ao Pauga is handling Mentoring of America.

Fill out this form to get your money back from this corrupt company.

consumerprotection.utah.gov/
downloads/complaintform.pdf

Include a copy of your bank/credit card staments with the charges highlited.

Also include a copy of the "Enrollment Confirmation" page Mentoring of America sends out to people, if you still have it and have not returned it back to them.

VERBAL AGREEMENTS AND VERBAL CONTRACTS DON'T COUNT AND ARE NOT CONSIDERED VALID IN UTAH:

Mentoring of America likes to tell anyone who calls and demands a full refund that they have you recorded on tape agreeing to their terms and conditions. And that therefore they cannot and will not give you your money back no matter what. MENTORING OF AMERICA KNOWS THIS. But they think that it's most likely that you won't know this. They do this to scare and deter you from trying to get a refund by other methods.

Also, no were on the "Enrollment Confirmation" page that they send you to sign and return is there ANY mention of a "No-Refund" or "All Sales Final" policy. Therefore, even if you did sign and return this page, it will not impede or block you from getting a full refund with the Utah Divison of Consumer Protection. A gentleman from Mass. got 100% of his money back a few weeks ago despite having signed their stupid little confirmation page that says nothing about there being no refunds.

Government Action Taken Against Mentoring of America LLC by the Utah Division of Consumer Protection

AUTHOR: Anonymus - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, September 05, 2006

On October 21, 2004 Mentoring of America, LLC entered into a settlement agreement with the Utah Division of Consumer Protection (the Division). According to the terms of the agreement, Mentoring of America, LLC agreed to pay a fine of $2,000 and comply with all provisions of the Consumer Sales Practices Act and the Telephone Fraud Prevention Act in future consumer transactions in the state of Utah. Mentoring of America, LLC also agreed that within 30 days it would submit a completed application for telemarketing under the Telephone Fraud Prevention Act, and make refunds within ten days in the amounts previously agreed to with the Division to those consumers whose names were previously listed and others whose complaints were pending with the Division of Consumer Protection.

On October 28, 2005 Mentoring of America, LLC entered into a settlement agreement with the Utah Division of Consumer Protection (the Division). According to the terms of the agreement, Mentoring of America, LLC agreed to comply with all requirements of the Utah Consumer Sales Practices Act, Utah Telephone Fraud Prevention Act, Business Opportunity Act and all other laws and rules administered by the Division applicable to them. The company agreed to pay an administrative fine to the Division, and make refunds by December 31, 2005 to consumers referenced in the agreement. The company also agreed to resolve and refund, without Division action, all other consumer complaints similarly situated under the Utah Consumer Sales Practices Act, Utah Telephone Fraud Prevention Act, and Utah Business Opportunity Act that are filed with the Division in the future and that occurred prior to this settlement agreement. The company further agreed to disclose in a clear and conspicuous manner the products and/or services represented in their sales presentations as well as whom will be providing those products and/or services. Nothing in the agreement should be construed as an admission of guilt or liability by Mentoring of America, LLC.

On April 4, 2006 the Utah Division of Consumer Protection (the Division) filed an amended complaint with the Third Judicial District Court of the State of Utah (the Court) against Mentoring of America LLC, John Beck Amazing Profits LLC, and Jeff Paul (MOA). Charges filed indicate MOA breached the settlement agreement dated October 28, 2005 by failing to file the disclosures required to sell assisted marketing plans; honor the three-day right to cancel; and reform its business practices. The complaint indicates that MOA violated the Consumer Sales Practices Act, the Business Opportunity Disclosure Act, and the Telephone Fraud Prevention Act. The Division is seeking: damages and restitution for loss suffered by consumers to date; a fine for breach of the Settlement Agreement; an administrative fine for each deceptive act or practice found to have occurred; and for an order enjoining MOA all acts and practices in violation of the Consumer Sales Practices Act, the Telephone Fraud Prevention Act, and the Business Opportunity Act.

The attorneys for MOA have answered the complaint asking the Court to judge that the Telephone Fraud Prevention Act, the Business Opportunity Act, and the Consumer Sales Practices Act as codified in the Utah Code are unconstitutional and that the complaint be dismissed without prejudice.

Kingcia, you are in good shape. All you need to do now is wait a few weeks.

AUTHOR: Anonymus - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, September 03, 2006

Kingcia,

Indeed allow Utah Investigator Ao Pauga some time to process your complaint and contact Mentoring of America directly about it.

At this point you need just keep a close eye on your credit card account(s) for the full refund credit to appear without notice or even before you get a refund agreement from Mentoring of America in the mail. That happened to Alexis. Her full refund had already been credited back to her account without any notice and before she got the refund agreement in the mail. She had no idea untill she checked her account again.

Your case is one of the highest prices reported on this site at $14,695.00. That's more than twice what I was cheated for and for the same exact program. It's fraud and it's wrong. It's because of people like TYLER TRUMAN that Mentoring of America has been facing legal lawsuits for the last several months alone.

More on Tyler Truman and Mentoring of America LLC

AUTHOR: Anonymus - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, September 02, 2006

There is more than one complaint on this site involving Tyler Truman from Mentoring of America having cheated others as he did you. Tyler sold this same coachng program to customers of both gurus Jeff Paul and John Beck.

Here is the other complaint against Tyler Truman and Mentoring of America. The number listed above is the direct home line to Tyler in St. George. Luckly this individual was able to successfully block the $9,895.00 charges because she never signed and returned the "Enrollment Confirmation" pages they sent her, and kept pressuring her to sign and return back to them. She never did.

Tyler Truman coerced this person from New York into putting $9,895.00 price of the program on several credit cards with his smooth talking sales pitch. Copy and paste.

ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff155290.htm

Tyler Truman charged you a price of $14,695.00. He also charged this other person from New York a price of $9,895.00 for the exact same coaching program done by Mentoring of America LLC of Utah.

WHY THIS HUGE DIFFERENCE OF ALMOST $5,000 FOR THE SAME THING?

Because Tyler Truman and the sales people at Mentoring of America are a fraud. Everyone is charged a different price based on your available credit line or finance.

Utah Investigator Ao Pauga has said that Mentoring of America is under more legal lawsuits in Utah as we speak. Because of people like Tyler Truman, Mentoring of America has been sued several times in the last several months for violation of consumer protection laws. See this news report on the Mentoring of America LLC lawsuits.

wkrc.com/mediacenter/?videoId=10945=9

Anyone who has been mislead and given fake guarantees and promises, then denied refunds by the people of Mentoring of America need to file a consumer complaint against them with the Utah Divison of Consumer Protection. People on this website have been successfully getting full refunds by doing this the past few weeks. Myself included.

Here is the consumer complaint form to fill out in order to get a refund from Mentoring of America. It does not matter how long ago it was. You can still get your money back.

consumerprotection.utah.gov/downloads/complaintform.pdf

Also, remember that verbal contracts and verbal agreements done over the phone DON'T count and are NOT concidered valid in Utah. Mentoring of America likes to tell people who call asking for a refund that they have you recorded on audio tape, agreeing to their terms and no refund policy, ect. Don't pay attention to them.

Make it a great day everyone.

be sure to come back here and let us know the outcome and dollar ammount when you get a refund.

AUTHOR: Anonymus - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, September 02, 2006

Kingcia,

There have already been at least 2 people within the last few weeks get a refund by following my suggestions and the suggestions of others on this site. You can reach Tyler at 435-688-9305. Plus, I'm sure there has been and will continue to be even more Mentoring of America refunds given from other readers who just come to this site to read, and not neccesarily reply or post anything. Refunds that Mentoring of America has refused to issue and would have otherwise gone undelivered.

KNOWN REFUNDS ISSUED SO FAR IN THE LAST FEW WEEKS BY MENTORING OF AMERICA:

Alexiz from Florida got back $7,485

Jeff from Mass. got back $6,500

Last month I personaly got back more than $7,000

Folks, that at least $21,000 just from just 3 people.

I encourage anyone else who has read the suggestions on this site and has receved a refund because of it, to share with us your dollar ammounts. This is so we can keep tally of all the refunds received from Mentoring of America.

One of Mr. Truman's employees and friend was jailed for insurance fraud last year in 2005.

This guy bought an insurance policy for $250K and made his family the beneficiaries in the event of his death. Then he faked his own death and dissapearance by misleading people into thinking he left on a lone hiking trip Utah. He actually left to Australia without telling anyone.

He was tracked down, jailed, and arrested by Utah authorities. He was charged with a second-degree felony insurance fraud, a charge punishable by one to 15 years in prison. He also had to pay back local authorities for the thousands of dollars he caused them to spend for launching a manhunt in search of him.

Kingcia, at this point you just need to wait and keep in contact with Mr. Ao Pauga

Kingcia,

YOU WROTE:

"If anyone have any advise on what else I can do to make sure I get that refund back, please let me know".

MY RESPONSE TO THAT:

Do these if you have not already do so:

If you did not do so, you should mail Mr. Ao Pauga (first name is pronounced "Al") copies of your credit card bill statements that show the $14,695.00 charge highlighted, as well as your monthly credit card payments that you have been stuck having to pay each month because of it. You should mention the distress and inconvenience this ordeal has caused you, both emotionally and financially.

Mention the people that you have spoken with by name. Like your coach's name and the lowly Tyler Truman, ect.

Mention the fact that you where charged $14,695.00 by Tyler Truman for this. That so many other people have paid between $1,500 and $15,000 for the EXACT same thing. ThatTyler Truman priced you based on the available credit on your credit card. The Utah Division will begin to see a consistent pattern of the huge variation in price everyone pays for the same thing in complaints.

Make SURE that you mention the fact that you never got everything the lowly Tyler Truman had told you that you would receive for the price you paid. That's important to disclose to the Utah Division. They failed to deliver the items and services as was promised to you by Tyler Truman.

Also if you have not already done so, mail to Utah Divison copies of the "Enrollment Confirmation" page if you still have it and did not sign and return it back to Mentoring of America like they wanted you to.

Any tape recorded conversations with any of their people should also be handed over to Utah Division.

That's really it.

Filing a consumer complaint with the Utah Divison of Consumer Protection is what's really going to get you your money back. This is the complaint that really gets their attention and makes them respond and comply to your demands. They ignore BBB complaints because the BBB can do nothing to them. They are under lots of heat right now by the state of Utah and even more activeconsumer lawsuits against them right now.

The refund agreement you receive should say that a credit of the full $14,695.00 back to your credit card account has been authorized. Read Jeff/Jay's most recent comments on the latest Mentoring of America complaint on what he did once he got the refund agreement in order to complete that last step and get all his money back.

I personally never signed and returned the refund agreement they sent me. It wanted to credit back my already closed bank account. They could not do that and "Alissa" from Mentoring of America flat out LIED to me by saying they could and that I should sign it anyway. (If anyone reading this has already closed their bank account, see the other complaints on my suggestions for what to do). My bank said they could NOT, so I made "Alissa" have Mentoring of America send me a hand signed refund check instead. Which I deposited back into my current account. I got every penny back.

PROOF THAT THEY SET THE PRICE OF THIS PROGRAM SOLELY ON HOW MUCH OPEN CREDIT OR FINANCE YOU HAVE ON YOUR CREDIT CARDS:

They charged me just over $7,000.00 for this program. I sickens me to see that they charged you $14,695.00 for the EXACT same thing all based on the available ammount of credit line your credit cards had. I've been saying it all along. People have paid anywhere between $1,500 to $15,000 for the exact same thing. This is a prime example of this.

It makes me sick.
