John Moore estimate to change the electric bulb in existing fixture $119.90. Just for changing the light bulb!!! Houston Texas

I requested an estimate for installation of 3 flood lights.  Estimate comes to $3,939.90.  The 3 flood lights cost less than $75.  I was totally shocked with the price. I used John Moore before for changing wires and whole electrical panel in the house, all outside switches cost me about $2600.   I think it is insane to request amount of almost $4,000 for installation of three lights, when changing whole panel, grounding and all outside switches cost almost halve of this price. Because electrician was already here, I ask for estimate to change the light bulb in existing fixture.  Estimate comes to $119.90.  If this is not a rip-off what is??  I will never ask John More for any more services.  After electrician left, I call John Moore office and ask how much cost changing a light bulb – I was given a lecture about professional electrician and cost of training and their licenses!   I found it as a poor excuse for ripping people off!!  I guess, I got a lazy electrician, who did not want to do this work anyway. I decided not to do it and will never use John Moore again for anything.
