Joseph, Stevens & Associates scam company, want to file joint law suit against them Ventura California

This company is supposedly trying to collect a debt from me, but will not send me a copy of the bill. At first the guy said he would send it if I would give him my bank info first. After I refused they told me the reason they can't send it out is that my SSN and someones else's name is on it.

I was told "The sheriff is going to come down to my work and embarrass me." and "That we will take you to court and you will have to pay us three times as much." I contacted the Sec. of State for Washington and found out they have no jurisdiction in Washington.

J.S.A has violated many FTC regs and I have filed complaints with the FTC and Wa Attorney General. I plan to call the Ventura D.A. as well. I would highly recommend any other people with similar issues do the same.

I do not take kindly to being threatened, lied too or ripped off and this company tried to do all three. I am filing a small claims court suit as well.
