In Nov 2007 Juniper Bank rasied my APR from 7.5% to 27.49% Because the computer made a mistake, I was not late and I have never been late with my card payment. They send me a letter in Jan 2008 stating that they had made a mistake and would fix it, it is now 14 March 08 and Ive called over 6 times and nothing has been done to correct their mistake. I don't know what to do? Can someone guide me in the right direction to fix this mess.. Thank You
