Just Brakes rip-off ..awful workmanship and customer service

I took my car to Just Brakes on Nov 03, 2001. I informed the tech that my brakes were squeking very loudly and that my right front wheel would shake whenever I applied my brakes. My car is a 2001 Mit. Galant, which is reletively new, so he told me that he could repalce my pads and turn my rotors on all 4 wheels for about $200.00. I told him to do whatever he needed to do in order to fix the two problems listed above.

It took him about five hours to fix my car while I sat and waited. He told me that my brakes had been fixed and that they would probably continue to squeak for the next week or two because of the new pads. Needless to say, my brakes were worse after about a week. My front brakes shake even harder when I apply my brakes. I've taken my car back to just brakes 3 times after this beecause I thought that since I had a warranty, they would fix the problem. They keep telling me that it will cost an additional $150.00 in order to fix what's wrong with my car.
I spoke to Chris @ the home office customer service center and he said that if I drove off in the car and didn't bring it back immediately (like later on that day or the next day) then obviously they did fix my problem and now something else is probably wrong with it. I've never even asked for my money back, I just want my car fixed. I have since left about five messages for Chris or any other service rep concerning this matter and noone ever calls back!

Who is the CEO of this company? I would like to write to them to let them know how awful this company's workmanship and customer service is.
