Justfab.com Just fabulous Worst website and customer service. Refuses to refund unauthorized charge Los Angeles California

This is the absolute worst company to ever deal with.  First they do an unauthorized charge to my card, so I call to have it refund.  At first it sounded ok, I waited the 5 business days they said it would take for the refund to show up... Guess what, no refund... Called back... They said it would be 24-48 hours... Guess what, no refund...  So i call back and after numerous times of customer service hanging up on me, I finally get to talk to some one.  Now they are saying that they can't process it and that higher management will have to do it.  So I ask to talk to them... They tell me that they only communicate by email, and that they don't have phones in their office.  So I'm on week 2 of trying to get a refund with no luck.  Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this company/scam
