This idiot worked for me at my shop. he stole about $25,000 worth of cash and business. He stole customers money, sold their parts for cash, failed to repair their cars and if he did repair their cars, the car came back with major issues. he used my bank account to pay for tools and cashed checks for other means. this criminal used my shop to repair vehicle and receive payments by cash and not turn it over to me. There were drugs found in my shop. This thief has multiple felonies for insurance fraud and they were committed with his father Albert(AKA APET) betesfandiar. His father is also a scum bag. you can check the los gatos weekley archives and they are both named in their news paper for insurance fraud and were arrested by the fraud task force .here is the link....

His father pushes justin to steal so the father can pay the mortgage and the car payments. I have all the records from the courts and the probation department. I have many witnesses contact information. I would like to put the father and the son away for a long time for all the grief they have caused me and the people out there. if there is anyone interested please let me know so we can go after these scums. you can email me at edmonk777@yahoo and maybe we can all go to the district attorney and file charges against these thieves.

Justin took me for over little under $4000. He did do some work to the car but in the end left it in pieces / shambles. I was nothing but nice to the guy and paid him cash up front for all parts and (labor) and every time I turned around something else was wrong with the car. I am a guy who lives week to week and am not rich and did not have half of the money I gave him. I sold many possessions IE: Records, tools, etc ... to cover all repair cost. I now have nothing left and have a chunk of metal that sits in my relatives machine shop under a tarp. Justin had a so called nervous breakdown due to his girlfriend cheated on him and instead of being a responsible human being and businessman that he should have been, his cure to the problem was drowning himself with drugs and alcohol while customers like myself patiently waited for there cars to be finished. In the end I tricked him into coming down and opening his shop up and had a flat bed waiting to take my car. I guess you can call it an expensive life lesson.

Side note: I am not the only person that got ripped off
