Paid this scam artist to fix a keypad lock on my car that he originally installed. He removed keypad and said he would send lock back to company for replacement. Paid him $60, he took money and $200+ lock out of car door and now I have open hole in car door where keypad was. He sent numerous texts to me after I reported it to police that he would send money and check back, but lied each time. Police say he has a history of doing this.
