KB Homes Did not provide what their rep and the contract promised for a new home. Fort Mill South Carolina

Right from the day we were suppose to close it became evident that things were not good with KB Homes. The lawyer asked at the closing "is the house completed?". I told him no. We were told, go ahead and do the closing because all of the items you have mentioned will get completed and fixed within days. We signed.... from that day forward KB HOMES won't even return our phone calls! We have all kinds of issues with the house. I can literally see the outside from the living room door, the walls are settleing and things need to be fixed.

Radon in the basement is HIGH. Cracks in the basement, in the concrete on the driveway, cracks in the walkway! They installed grass without any notification during a high drought time and we could not water.....grass died of course. We would be fined if we watered per the county. Sewer pipe in basement is not closed as it should be. The upstairs ceilings never got painted entirely. There are splotches all over the ceiling. The yard in the back has some sort of plastic to hold back the dirt from eroding and it's ugly and they won't remove it. By the way it did not stop erosion. We have gullies where the neighbors house drain is draining onto our property and digging out holes. We have all kinds of issues and frankly I would NEVER recommend buying a home from KB. They will tell you anything to make that sale and they will tell you ANYTHING to make you think that things are "per blueprints" when indeed that is not the case. We don't even have insulation in the basement ceiling. I could go on and on.
