Kean University Ripoff Con artists Money Grubbers Union New Jersey

Hey everyone this report is for parents that are planning to send there kids to a University, and to all my fellow classmates at Kean University that is scared to speak up.

I started Kean fall 2004 I thought it not so far from my home and I saw alot of their commericals. I wanted to get into Health Information Management field it was a way to get into the medical field with out having to be a doctor or nurse. I joined the program which had great professor that cared and also a director that will go out of her way to help you.

The beginning Fall 2006 our sophmore/junior year my classmates and I recieved a letter that the program would no longer be offered at Kean so you have to finish in two years if not it basically tough luck. This letter we recieved we had to sign it if not or we would not be allowed to register in the fall. After doing some research we found that it was because I program was not making the amount of money that Kean expected it to do so they were dismantling and doing away with it. Now like my fellow classmates I work full time during the day and go to school during the night.

We are now put in the position to go to school full time a night nonstop and no second chance if we fail to make the grade. This is really hard for all of us not to mention our tution goes up every semester plus the fact that we are going Full time means more money. To put the icing on the cake this Bachelors program is only offered at Kean University in NJ. So you can't even transfer to another school. I know there are alot more issue at Kean University hopefully this report will make my fellow students start speaking up......
