Keiser University took all my money Internet

Keiser University is a scam to get all of their student money and then some.  I attended for two years, and I withdrew to move to another city and am scheduled to attend the Keiser campus in the new city.  I had excess funds in my account from my student payments and my scholarships that I authorized the funds to come back to me to start at the other campus.  Keiser University took it upon themselves to take my money and not return it to me.  I filled out the paperwork and checked the  box that stated excess funds to be disbursed to the student, not the  box that said apply my excess funds to my student loans.  According to Keiser they applied my excess fund to my student loans, however after one month there has been no payment made to my student loans, so where is my money????  According to Direct loans I have a six month grace period from payments in case I start at a different school to finish my education.  I am not due to make any payments to my loans until 5/28/2013 so wheres my money Mr. Keiser????  Do not attend Keiser University!!  Their scam is that you will be finished faster with them, false  You recieve the same amount of credits within four months as you would at any other college or university, plus you pay over 8,000 dollars for four classes when at any other college or university you would only spend around 2,000 dollar for the same classes.  What a scam!!!!
