Kellies puts GPS trackers on the cars so they can reposes them easily.  They ant to take it off and use on anoteer car. 

When does it end? When will folks spend their free time to improve their circumstances? Working hard and giving back to those less fortunate than ourselves pays more and pays often than the victim role.

The Ohio Attorney General's Office has filed a complaint against Kellies Auto Sales last week in the Franklin County Common Please Court.  You can look up the complaint on line, but they have pretty much addressed all of these issues.  You can contact them to also file a complaint with the AG rather than BBB and they usually get a response from Kellies That is what I had to do.  I still am in litgation with Kellies but the AG will help.

I first went to Kellie Auto Sales in 2009 when I was in need of a car for my children and I.  To make a long story short, I found one I liked and was given a price.  I went back the next day and I was given a higher price, then when I was ready to buy all of the "negotiating" was done on a sheet of white paper.  Basically lots of BS' ing by the owner/manager.....well anyway I left a LARGE down payment and went home with my car.  Two days later the car reaked of gasoline so I contacted the dealer and they said I could have only them check it and I would still have to pay to have them fix it.  A week later they were calling to say I had missed a payment, called a "Pick Up Payment.  Apparently in between my down payment and my first regular monthly payment I was supposed to pay four $500 payments.  I inquired about this and I was told it was for tax and title,   Well after 4 months or so of payments and back and forth between mechanics the car finally stopped working so I had it towed to Kellies and filed a report with the BBB because Kellies would not help me while the truck was there being "Serviced" the would not let me get hings out of it because they said I was behind in payments.....how could anyone keep up with their payments?  I was enraged and started yelling in the showroom, they tok me to an inside office and agreed to let me trade in( my other option was lose all my money and car)  found a new car, went back next day to pick up and it was gone, so found another one (i was kept waiting in showroom until 11pm with no ride home waiting for them to do paperwork so that I could take the vehicle home, they still charged me $1500 for a down payment and did not credit me anything from the previous vehicle.  I had two other cars from this dealer in all I have lost over $10,000 in just down payments with them and two of the cars went back to them.  None of the titles were ever delivered in time and the temp plates expired and I had to get a duplicate from the BMV.  One of the cars had a tire fall off a day after I purchased it, and on one occasion two of my vehicles were repossessed on the same day due to collections issue when they were not even really behind. They also never returned my plates or any of my personal belongings from the cars.   Kellie Auto Sales is ridiculous, unprofessional and dishonest.  I am a very hardworking person and I do not like how they tok advantage of me.  I still drive one of the vehicles I purchased from them, they still call me saying I am behind in payments.  I used to dispute with them but now I just pay because I need the car for me and my children, and nobody was or is willing to help me I filed a complaint with the BBB and nobody ever responded.  If anyone knows of any help I can get please let me know.  

im  interested i just got ripped of by kellie. i payed for my car in full i got really ripped and the car broke down .. doesnt drive anymore. so i decieded to be done with them and pay them off in full. i have payed them in full and now i cant get my title unless i tow the car to them for inspection. makes no sense. please contact me im ready for a law suit. they told me if i payed in full i didnt need to do inspection i just have to wait 3 days to get the tiltle and i called today and they dont have my title. they also gave me a really bad car the started jerking the  moment i took it out the lot. took it back and they didnt want to help me. they looked at me a really bad way. and no one wanted to talk to me and manager was also too for for me. but they very nice to i was buying the car. they are scams. never never ever buying a car from the. i heard lots of bad news. i still cant believe they are in business. if i dont hear back with a title by wenesday. just contacted judge alex to see if we can do a show about them and many others getting ripped off. i even have a receipt from them with zero balance. payed in cash. all i want is my title. i dont care how bad you already ripped me off. im definlty getting a lawyer if i dont get my title by this wenesday. this is wrong
