Kendall Toyota Bait and Switch tactic occuring through false advertisement Miami Florida

I purchased a groupon coupon advertising Kendall Toyota was offering a synthetic oil change for $35. 00 dollars, so i purchased the groupon. when i presented the coupon at Kendall Toyota the service advisor and service manager indicated that they could only provide a conventional oil change and not synthetic. i then advised them that my coupon clearly had written on it Synthetic Oil Change and not conventional. the service advisor and manager refused to perform the synthetic oil change unless i paid extra for the synthetic oil; despite having a coupon purchased through groupn indicating synthetic oil. this tactic is a clear bait and switch scheme perpetrated by this dealer through false advertising. in order to lure unsuspecting customers into believing they purchased and where going to receive a synthehtic oil change, when in fact they were going to try and extort more money from customers. eventhough they had a groupon indicating synthetic oil change. WHAT A SCAM
