I was led to believe that I was just ordering the free trial offer for one month supply of Keto and Detox suppliment paying $13.66 for shipping and then a few weeks later they charged my account $89.82 for another 30 day supply of Keto and $89.84 for another 30 day supply of the Detox without me knowing it.

This product does not work and I actually stopped taking it after three weeks with ZERO RESULTS. There was no visible trial period that says you must cancel or you will continue to receive the product at the full price. If it was there I cound not find it.

I also received an email stating sorry to see you go and that they cancelled my account so no future charges would occur. Why did they arbitrarily cancel my account if I didn't cancel it? Because it's their business model to charge people who didn't reorder their supplement and then cancel their account. You do that to 1000 people and that's $179,660.00, 2000 people = $359,320.00, 4000 people = $718,640.00, 8000 people = $1,437,280.00 

When I received the new 30 day supply I saw the charges on my bank statement and called their customer service number and the agent told me they could not refund my money because my bank was disputing the charges and I would have to wait until my bank completed their investigation. I hadn't even contacted my bank about this, so I knew this was false and told them so, but they proceeded to tell me they cannot do anything and cannot accept the return of the unopened suppliments for a refund.
