The only thing Khosrow Sadeghian wants is to take your money. He does not want to help you. He does not have your best interest. He will lie to your face about the condition of every single property he owns, will tell you what you want to hear, take your money, and leave you with nothing. I had personal experience with him and one of his properties in Dallas last month, and he accepted my application fees, pet deposits, and rent and promised he would clean up the house, which of course he did not do and the house is not in livable conditions. The pictures he posts on Craigslist are old and do not reflect how the properties actually look today. He does not have a real realtor and just buys old houses that need to be torn down in tax sales and tries to rent them out to people, including myself. Please do not trust this man. His ads say that he takes almost all credits, but that is because you wont be living in his terrible properties, you will be suckered into paying him a large amount of money and will be left with nothing. He will add charge after charge up and make you pay a ridiculous amount, and he even lost one of my payments and claimed that I lied and never paid it and wanted me to bring him more cash. Now he wont return any of my phone calls and I am left with no money and no home. He will not refund any of your money he does NOT care about you and your family.
