Kids.com went Bankrupt and ripped us all off!! Im upset Lynbrook New York

Hi,

I have been a victim of Kids.com. I received a letter in the mail in 2006 from Kids.com, like everyone else i was curious and so i called and set up and appointment to go see these people. I went with my son and his father. We sat and talked with Mr. Lee Bodenmiller and he made everything sound promising. We been with them for over a year and not one phone call or anything. We paid the $595 in three installments. We also paid two sitting fees. Besides having to pay toll and gas coming all the way from the bronx now we have to live with the fact that these people made $595 of our hard earned money that's not fair. Anyway i called Liz and Joe's Photography to set up and appointment for my son's next sesssion, thursday December 27,2007. When the phone was answered i replied i would like to set up and appoint for my son and the nice lady on the other end replied is this for Kids.com? i said yes she then told me that they went bankrupt and she was never told she heard it through the grapefine...i was in shock. She then directed me to come to this site and this is where i am at. If only i had done my research like i usually do. These people have noe morales, how could you take from the innocent kids. I know for sure i wont stop until i get my money back. If anyone out there have any information about this please i am begging you let me know i would really appreciate it.
