I was a customer of Keybank.  I had my debtcard stolen and someone used my card while i was at work, I called and reported the card stolen when i realized the card was gone.  Keybank told me that it would take up to 10 days for me to get my money back.  They called on the 10th day and stated they would not be given me my money back.  When I asked why they told me that it didnt seem like normal stolen activity.  I asked what is normal stolen activity they told me that someone would only use the card 1 time for as much as they could get.  I have spoken to other banks and other people and they said what happened to me is what happens when someone takes your card.  I have since closed that account oh and while i was waiting for them to contact me when my card got used it overdrawed my account so they charged me 37.00 each week.  Rip off bank dont use this bank.
