King Alex Limousine Service Rips off the consumer, beware Fairfield, Ohio

I dont know where to begin with this company. I know that Art from King Alex books vehicles that are not avaliable when a client calls and then at last minute he will make arrangemenst with another limo company to cover his mess up sending you a vehicle that you did not order. Now sometimes he will call you the day of you event maybe the day prior by this time it is to late. Heck sometimes he may not call you at all the wrong vehicle just showes up. Then when you call back he makes up some lame excuse like the Ac stopped working or the bus/limo was in a wreck. I found this out after booking with them and after my event was over I called around to a few local limo companies and I got the same report from all of them. Also you can see where someone has filed a report on them on here in the past I wish I would have looked further into them before booking with them. I also heared of a story where a couple canceled him months before the event and he showed up anyway and still charged there credit card when they canceled him and did not even use the service. Another story I heared was a group of people where out on the run when Art the owner informed them that there was glass wear missing out of the back of the limo and that it would be $50 per and there was 4-6 missing when really there where no glasses missing he was just wanting to make some extra cash off of the run. When you try to reason with him on extra charges at the end of the night he becomes very rude and tells you that he has your credit card and that he is authorized to charge it and that is just what he does. There are other really good limo companies in Cincinnati that you dont have to put up with this so do your research look around. And on another note he showes like 5 cars on his website he only has one ask him to see that balconey hummer of his in person ya he dont have one do some reseach on 40 passenger triple axel balconey hummer you will locate that car out in California. So for anyone looking for a limo look at the first few results on google when searching for Cincinnati Limos those are you good companies and those are the ones that i would go with myself and other have learned the hard way dont fall for the same stuff I did. I should have knew better when i went to look at the vehicles and it was parked out infornt of his house and not at an office or shop, but I was trying to save a few bucks.
