I heard Chuck and Don are selling every simulator and golf cart that was in these stores that they can get thier hands on. How can Don say he works for the bank and be selling the assets out of Chuck Nances house? Shame shame everyone knows your name, its "crook" and from what I've researched, if this is true, it is sooooooooo illegal. But I beg you to keep on so they can lock you up for this too. Good luck Chuck and Don, sell it while you can. Hey, I have an idea, how about the money your making off of selling this stuff, PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES. Maybe that way they wont lock you up for as long.

What would the employees step be that worked in other stores who were asked to work and were never issued checks for several weeks before coming into a shutdown store and ignored. What should we do, there are many of those. I have one bounced copy of a check and two weeks where I was not given one and the "go ahead" to issue the checks was never issued.

This people that started this company are bad people no matter what anyone tells me, there are to many people hurt. Too many people were taken advantage of.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I have been doing some heavy research as to what we can do as ex-employees to get some of our money back.

This is the website for the bankrupcy court of middle tennessee. When you get to the page click on library. After you do that scroll down to forms and download the Form B10, Proof Of Claim. Fill all of this info out as best you can. If you have copies of the checks that you were not able to cash copy them and send them in as well. By filling this form out it will list you as one of the creditors and hopefully we will finally get paid. If everyone can do this it will be really helpfull. If you are a former employee from the concord, or pineville, nc location let me know by responding I can give you copies of back owed payroll. You will want to send the form from the website that you fill out to:

I am, like many, owed alot of money from KiS Golf and plan to attend this meeting. What is required to attend this? Any papers that need to be filed before attending?
