Air conditioning installed wrong. Units are too large. Not level. Wired wrong. No drains for condensate.

They don't have the service feed ampacity to host all 20 of them.

Racks and clothes hangers not installed on wall properly. Screws bent and hanging out/off.

Wall brackets installed wrong for fans, not level. Fans do not work.

Microwave has rusted door with holes in it.

Plumbing is done wrong, no vents, broken drain pipes, that are leaking all over stairs.

Water to the rooms is done with decrepit copper pipes on outside of the building, it has pockets and traps for debris and disease to collect in and offers a lightening rod for all guests.

Pointing out the leak in the drains had no response from Sean other than to let it drain all over the side stairs of the Inn for many weeks. Stupid.

Stairs, all 3, are breaking and rusted, not attached to the building properly.

Showers are dismal, broken rusty robe hooks, decrepit doors and drains, and plumbing that is poorly installed.

Solar panel install, done wrong, money should have been spent to effect OTHER needed repairs first.

Washing machine has no hot water, soap caddy is rusted and caked with goo and mildew and rust flakes.

Kitchen and other areas are filthy, microwave caked with grease, sinks and drains and traps are decrepit and falling apart.

No repairs are being made given much of this problem has been here for a long time being the new owners have owned this place for about one year.

Linens are not being cleaned properly, with comforters and blankets being reused from one guest to the next.

No lights in front of the hotel are on at night, these people are afraid to use electric power or light bulbs for some reason.

Sean wastes most of his time doing tasks that have no merit. Ironing linens and pillow cases for people who will toss them onto the floor or sidewalks.

He is running up and down the stairs all day long for no reason. He should organize tasks differently and make one or two trips and do all the rooms at once on each level.

His behaviour gets to be quirky, Jekyll and Hyde like, and seems psychotic. Nice one moment and snarling the next.

Overall he asks far too many private and personal questions about each guest, this goes on constantly as they stay over one more more days and when they check out.

He wastes much time explaining to each person who checks in all of the tourist venues that he gets wrong, knows little about and many people such as I could care less about all of that.

Security cameras and other objects are not attached to the walls properly and are in danger of falling onto your heads, etc.

These people are derelicts and incompetent in total.

This address is not serviceable and should be condemned and put out of business.
