Kra'sa Anti aging cream THIS WAS INTRODUCED ON SHARK TANKS.. OR SO IT STATES.. I called as today was the 14th day of the last day of the Trail period, thats what the rep said, and then went on to say they could refund me eventhough i called in today, because my card was already charged. South Nampa Idaho

I called today at 2:26 pm my time, to customer service because im at work and because i saw the two charges on my debit card come thru. I called the cusotmer service number and I was on teh phone with Ernest. Which he asked me my name and all that info, then I went on to explain to him that I wasnt paying attention to the offer that was my fault but that my credit card was charged TODAY. there fore I was calling to let him know I wanted to return the product and that I wanted a refund. WHAT REALLY TICKED ME OFF IS THAT AFTER I TOLD ERNEST MY SITUATION, HE DID THE TYPICAL READ OFF THE SCRIPT SITUATION.. Basically told me completely that he didnt pay attention to what I said or why I called, yet went on to say tha today was my 14th day of trial therefore I was charged for the product because it wasnt shipped by the 14th day.. I then stopped him and made it very clear that how is that possible if today is the 14th day, and i am already charged and if i am calling in to tell him i am returning that procuct back today how is the trial period already over if today is the 14th day as to what he said himself..

He went on to read another scripted answer for my question not giving me anything. So i requested a manager.. advised him im aware of what he can  and cannot do he doesnt have authorization for it and that is fine. Id rather hold for a supervisor for as long as i had to as long as I spoke to one today and it would be notated that I indeed did call today; He then put me on  hold for like 2-3 minutes, then stated there were no manages available on the floor. I told him that was fine that I didnt have a problem at all waiting for one.. he put me on hold for another 2-3 mins.. Made it clear to me that I wasnt going to talk to a supervisor at all.

It seemed he was adamant of fixing the situation withour excalading it. He then offered me %40 of what I paid back. Well that infuriated me to no limit because at first he said i could be refunded at all, now all of a sudden he can offer me 40%, I said i thank you but no thank you. I want to talk to a manager I will not accept anything less than the full amount that was taken out today and if you dont have the authority to give me that then this conversation is over and please understand i know your position but I know what i want and nothing y ou offer me will change my mind nor will i keep the product at all so pelase its okay just put me on hold and i will wait to speak to a manager thank you and I was very polite and very civil and courteous with the reperesentative. he then tried to offer me a percentage, so then I completely stopped him again and was very firm and clear to him that i understand that he doesnt have the authority to give me what I want therefore it is useless for us to keep talking. I didnt wnat to waste anymore of his time I would hold for a supervisor.. he then cancelled my account so no further charges would be incurred adn stated that no managers where available on the floor that one would call me withing 24-48 WORKING hours..

so I said so today is friday, are you saying that I will be getting a call back from a manager this weekend sometime or are  you stating that I will not get a call back until monday or tuesday.. he then ignored my question so then I again repeated my question and he was relunctant to give me an answer but he finally did. And i did tell him that i will be waiting for that call eventhough my trial period ends today not monday or tuesday so is that going to affect me getting a refund. He ofcourse didnt know that answer.. so I said ok thank you I will call back, I will make sure to post my experience with you and Kra'as customer support on all of my social media accounts and let all my friends and family know about this outrageous and unsatisfactory situation. So i am doing just that.
