They are horrible. They kept calling and calling me so finally I called them back to tell them they have the wrong number. Well first, when you call, they do not identify themselves, so you have to ask who you are calling. Next, Mr. Johnson told me he doubted it and hung up on me after I told him I would call my Lawyer for harassment. Then I got upset and called and talked to Ms. Scoot, who claimed to be the supervisor but had no identification numbers and did not identify herself as a supervisor, so we all know she was not.

I then told her the same thing and then she asked me for my date of birth, just to have my name and number removed from the list? I told her no and she said it would not be and that they had the right person just misspelled. She did not tell me what they even wanted, just they they were a collections agency. I told them to call my lawyer because I do not talk to collections agencies. She kept getting nasty asking me why she had to call my lawyer or why did I need one and that she refused to call them and would just keep calling me and hung up.

I called back again only for the phone to ring. They are a horrible company with rude people. When you call, they do not even identify themselves as what they are, a collections agency. They leave messages and do the same thing saying, call us back now without saying who they are with or what they are. I recommend to everyone who has to deal with them, don't!! GEt a lawyer and keep track of all the class and messages and record anything even a phone conversation with them so you have proof like myself about how rude and how they harass you.
