LaptopMemoryUpgrade.com took my money and sent me RAM that doesn't work. They have no Customer Service apparently--got sent a number to call that is phoney. Do not deal with this company.

After a conversation with a rep on Friday evening, a refund was posted to my bank account. I received a follow up call on Saturday. Apparently their customer service line requires that you don't restrict your phone number. In any case, I am happy to have gotten my money back promptly--the company is concerned about their reputation.
