On March 28, 2010 I ordered 2GB RAM from company.  Delivered quickly, but wrong RAM.


Went to website, got Return Authorization (RMA), promptly returned mdse as instructed.


Waited a week, phoned company, got no response.


Now May 19, 2010, still no response, doesn't respond to voice mail, email, or attempt to contact on "Live Chat".
