Ordered a laptop screen.

Received it.

When I opened it the fragile screen had been packed in two flimsy bubble mailers and then tossed loose into a larger box. The screen was notably bent and broken. 

I contacted customer service with photos and was notified that because I didn't open it immediately, there would be NO REFUND.
