Company was hired to sell my home. I am disable and legally blind. A month into their contract, they dismissed the realtor assigned to my house. They never would show it, put out signs, advertise it or respond to calls when I had someone interested YET I was under contract with them that I couldnt sell it. I began calling their home office in and asking to speak with the owner. he failed to return my calls after I called her several times. Afterwards, I tried sending her emails and also sending direct communication through their website, all which she failed to reply to. I was about to lose my home due to my health and these prospects that I had were of great importance of me and were worth thousands of dollars to me. She claims to be of Christian faith but refuses to return messages. Posing with a fake email, I sent the site an inquiry about my own house and got an immediate response sales team. Ready to make a SALE..chasing the almighty dollar, but can't deal with a problem or issue or even have the courtsey to speak to a customer. I never ONCE got notice the realtor had been fired ( had to find out through a friend) I am now sharing all REAL documentations (TRUTH and FACTS NOT RUMORS I will not share anything that I do not have full documentation on via my social media site entitled Ways a Real Estate Company Hid From A Customer. I also have recording of their office secretary trying to explain things..lol. I have spoke with an attorney and have two prospects that are willing to testify that they were in the market and would have made a purchase (one has since bought a home/ the other has since leased)had the real estate company communicated with us. We plan on filing a suit against this company in the days to come. If youve had a similar experience, please contact me as I'd like to have you on board. All the while this was happening this lying parasite Larrs Briggs was saying "Im just trying to help you". Just because Im blind and disable doesnt mean I'm gonna let some piece of trash run over me and my family. God Bless
