I dealt with this real estate agent. It was a horrible experience. The agent was extremely rude, unprofessional. I have emails and text messages proving that. he was extremely pushy in the beginning, and I was the one who found the house, he never had to send me any listing or take me to any views. Once I got it, she turned into a very unprofessional person, and left me in the middle of everything and disappeared.
he also sent me the most horrible email. I am confident when I say that this experience should be reported and customers should be protected against such acts. he made a commission of above 15000 dollars and did nothing. And then, he gave me the most horrible attitude. he obviously felt safe doing it and getting away with it. Now, the name is blacklisted to me. I will never use this company again or any of its agents.
Being a first time home buyer made it much more difficult for me. I was left with lots of questions and terms that I have no clue what they meant. Also entered in many problems due to not knowing what stuff I should be looking for. All could have been avoided if I was given a list of stuff I should look for. This was an experience from hell. I for sure would want people to be protected from such agents and acts. Very disappointed. I know of people that got presents from their agents after they closed deals. My present was a horrible trauma caused by this person, that I had to contact my lawyer to consult his legal advise on the situation. Very disappointed.

This story doesn't come close to anyone nor any transaction we've had. If you would like to find out more about your local realtor, you may visit the BRE.ca.gov website. Any legitimate complaints are filed and reviewed there. The BRE takes these matters very seriously, and they conduct thorough investigations.
I'm not sure what some people think realtors do, but as for Larrs, his main business is property management. We've dealt with hundreds and hundreds of wonderful clients. The business is simple, really. You list, you show, you lease and manage (although we don't manage every property we lease). It's not that complicated, unless prospects or tenants are trying to cut corners; stealing identities to get into properties or making up their own rules once they move in. I hope people realize that any legitimate complaint will be dealt with directly with the BRE and not on some gossip site.
I'm wondering, should we file a defamation suit against you, since your complaint is made up? Or did you register under a false name so we could not track you down? Anyway, we're having a great year and expect 2016 to be even better.
