On 9/29/10 I received a quote for the tables and chairs I wanted to order.
On 10/6/10 I received the invoice (#26796) for the tables and chairs and payment was processed.
On 11/5/10 after placing approximately 8 phone calls, I received this email:
Hi Tables - Shipped on Custom Company Freight. I am waiting for the tracking number from the our warehouse. I should have the number later this evening. Resin Chairs - No tracking since they are being delivered by our truck. I just sent a text to the driver and as soon as I hear back I'll email you. He does have three stops before your delivery. On 11/18/10 after placing many more phone calls, I received this email with an attachment from a shipping company called Global Enterprises. :
Kristen Sorry for the delay, attached is the table delivery information. I will email you the chairs later today. Larry 800 707 1273 email@example.com
I called the shipping company and they had no record of the shipment and I called Larry aga
in and left several messages.
On 11/19/10 I received this email:
Kristen Tracking for the Tables - R and L Carriers # 358184403 www.rlcarriers.com I left a voice message regarding paying for the rentals. Please give me a call. I will have the Chair information later today. Larry 877 610 3080
On 11/19/10 I sent Larry an email that said I am renting 20 tables at $10.50 each and 300 chairs at $2.50 each for a total of $960. If you knew that the shipment was held up, why did you tell me that they had shipped on November 5th? Why did you tell me that the chairs were on your truck and he had a couple other deliveries ahead of me? Kristen
Larry's response: Kristen The truck never made it past Sacramento. We will pay $ 960.00 for the rental. The bookkeeper will send you a check Monday. I will email you later today with the chair information. Larry 877 610 3080---

Date: Wednesday, December 1, 2010, 9:46 AM Since you aren’t returning my calls, I’m hoping you will return my email. I just got off the phone with the rental company because I have to rent chairs AGAIN for an event this weekend. The total for that rental is $218.60, so now I am out of pocket $1178.60 and that doesn’t include our staff time for having to pick up and return the tables and chairs from the first event and now chairs for this event. I expect you to refund me $8,870 for the chairs I have never received but paid for as well as the $1178.60 that I had to pay for the rentals for a total of $10,048.60. I will give you until the middle of December to get this refund to us before I will take legal action. Kristen

My email to him on 12/1/10:I tried to track this on Fedex.com and it said: No information for the following shipments/FedEx Office orders has been received by our system yet. Please try again later or contact Customer Service.
on 12/19/10: received this email:
Kristen We sent the full refund FedEx 872852433253. As we discussed if you cannot give you a tracking number for the chairs by tomorrow, please deposit the refund check. We do expect to be able to get the chairs out to you. Call me with any questions, Thanks, Larry 800 707 1263
On 12/29/10 We received a check made out to another organization that wasn't signed. I called him and he made excuses and sent another check on 1/4/11. That check bounced.
We finally received a cashier's check for $5,000 on 2/7/11. This was after 12 phone calls to 6 different phone numbers.
He reportedon BBB that he sent the final check via fed ex to be received on 2/14/11. We have not received anything. After 6 phone calls today, he called me back and made more excuses and said that it would be sent on Monday because he is out of the office tomorrow. We'll see what happens on Monday.

I checked him out at BBB before I purchased and there were only two complaints and both showed as resolved. Since that time there are probably 6 or more complaints.
I wish I would have found this website before I purchased or I never would have.
