Laser Away they're right and you're wrong West Hollywood, California

I signed up for *Zerona, which is laser fat removal. It is was "guaranteed" fat removal system which was a "special deal". After reading the other reviews (on Yelp), I saw this was no deal at all. Firstly, they guarantee I was to lose 3.5" from my waist, hips, and thighs- within 2 weeks! How could this go wrong? Well, it did. After following the plan to a "T", and having it fail, Trish (the office "manager") began to say things to make it sound like it was my fault for not losing the weight. She would also make inappropriate suggestions EVERY time I went in for a treatment- suggestions that would compromise the laser process. For example, she would say I should cut carbs and sugar out of my diet- ketogenic diet- (If I wanted to do that, I wouldn't need to do laser fat removal. Also, then how would I know it's the laser working or the no carbs and sugar? Additionally, when I'm done doing that after the treatment- cause she said I would only have to do no carbs and sugar for the 2 weeks of treatment, wouldn't I just gain the weight back?). She also made other inappropriate suggestions such as having my thyroid checked, doing a detox (isn't that like starving myself?) and other such ridiculous suggestions that would not only mess with the results of the *Zerona, but were not appropriate lifestyle choices for me. I repeatedly told her that these were not appropriate and she would continue to make these suggestions. EVERY TIME I went there.

Also, because it didn't work the first time around, (in fact my waist actually measured .25" bigger!), they did give me a second round again as they guaranteed. However, I did not lose the guaranteed 3.5 inches from my waist, hips, and thighs, as promised from the Zerona company or Laser Away and the "manager" told me they only guaranteed a second round for free, which is NOT what they told me when they were trying to get my money. Bottom line- NO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!

Oh, and did I mention that they had an UNTRAINED nurse work on me and she dropped the heavy laser machine on me? She didn't know what she was doing and acted like nothing was wrong. The lasers (which melt your fat) were pointed at my boob! She pointed them at my boob and at the bed. I guess she thought my b***s should shrink. And maybe the bed should shrink too! HA! Take your money elsewhere, that's what I say.

The office "manager" is a completely unprofessional. I use manager in quotes because she can't manage
anything- especially her emotions. She's completely passive aggressive, and if the treatments you are getting don't work, she will blame you for it. She will point out your faults and tell your they can't watch you 24 hours a day or that you were late, or whatever they can find is wrong with you and make sure to deflect their problems onto you.
