I have dealt with a lot of companies but this is by far the WORST i have ever dealt with and for Amazon to be associated with them is even more disheartening.

I placed an order with Amazon and it was to be delivered on or by the 30th. When I still had not received it by the 4th of April I checked the tracking only to find out that it states it was delivered to our front door on the 30th at 7:19am. Well We are not open till 10am and you cant even get in to our parking lot till 10am as it is roped off. I e-mailed Amazon and called the post office. No package from there so I saw it was delivered by Lasership, which I had never heard of and found their local number.

Called the Lasership office here locally and got a manager. She looked it up and said "the driver delivered it to another address and would have him stop and get it and then come to our business." The driver showed up and was the worst employee we have ever dealt with. He had an attitude, did not care and flat out lied about the package. Said he went to the other address and they did not have it But he delivered it to our door step early the 30th. BUT didn't you just say you went to get it at the OTHER address? He also said "well if it was such a sensitive package why did you order it and have it delivered." HUH..He then said "well I don't know what to tell you I did my job." Long story short he lied and either has our package or lost it!!

I called BACK the manager and she was just as awful. How can a delivery  company take NO responsibility for a package they were paid to deliver? 

Contacted Amazon and they are refunding my money BUT that is not acceptable to me as I will no longer order from my favorite site until they release Lasership. The complaints are through the roof and they are all the same as mine. Barnes and Noble used them for a very short time until the complaints become overwhelming they dropped them. You would think Amazon would do the same thing.

I will not stop until something is done about this Co. and especially until Amazon drops their services or lack of!! Do NOT USE them..All you have to do is Google Lasership complaints and the internet is FLOODED with them on this company.
